Paris Engagement Photographer | Isabella & Jess

My wife & I traveled to Paris in November 2023 during Thanksgiving week and I knew I wanted to do a photoshoot while we were there. I had never visited Paris before, but it’s architecture, beauty, and mystique had captured my imagination. Thankfully, I had met my friends & London residents Isabella & Jess on a trip to Iceland earlier in 2023, and they were available to come to Paris to model for me! Isabella & Jess are two of the sweetest souls around, and have recently got into the modeling business over the last couple years.

We planned the shoot over the course of a couple months, but mostly left the itinerary open ended so we could chase good light - we knew we wanted to hit several key Paris landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower and the grounds of the Louvre, but otherwise I wanted us to feel free to explore!

We met at the Eiffel Tower at dawn at Trocadero Square, where we shared the sunrise with a flock of pigeons and a few other photographers documenting Paris’ most famous landmark. The Louvre is a short Uber ride away, and we had my favorite part of the session there - I loved exploring the hallways, the architecture, the pyramid - and even were photobombed by a Parisian pupper.

Paris is such an amazing place to photograph - different neighborhoods offer entirely different character and backdrops, and so I’m glad we made time to take the metro to Montmartre, where we ventured up and down giant hills, found colorful murals, and overall just enjoyed strolling through the old world cobblestone streets.
